Public Policy Development and Communications Course

The Australian Defence College (ADC) is inviting Defence industry partners to join members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), Australian Public Service (APS) and international students on a variety of short courses and seminars.

The ADC continues to evolve the delivery of all courses and seminars through a hybrid of remote and in-person syndicates at the ADC Canberra Weston Creek Campus. The first course of the year, run through the Australian War College, is the Public Policy Development and Communications Course. This course will run from March to June 2022.

This course will provide a practical grounding for course members, supporting better public policy and advice on policy to senior decision makers. It will develop APS directors and managers, ADF O5/O6 level officers and defence industry equivalent in policy analysis, consultation and coordination, and written delivery.

For more information and to express your interest in attending this course, please email jeremy.logan@defence.gov.au by February 4 2022. Please include a copy of your resume and a short description of your suitability for the course and the benefit to your organisation.
