Aviation Champions of Change Forum

May 2025 will see Women in Aviation Australian Chapter, funded by the Queensland Government, deliver an Aviation Champions of Change Forum aimed at exploring the dynamics of change within the Aviation and Aerospace sectors.

The Aviation Champions of Change Forum – will empower men and allies to tackle challenges faced by women and underrepresented groups in these sectors.

This event will provide an opportunity to tackle the difficult questions around creating an Inclusive and Equitable Aviation Industry. Participants will gain insights into anticipated industry shifts, their impact on skilled talent, and strategies for fostering inclusive workplaces.

This event is a little different and Women in Aviation Australian Chapter can’t wait to get the industry involved!

So what’s different?

It’s an event inclusive for all genders, but targeted towards men in the aviation industry to receive education in the role they play in creating inclusive workplaces.

Male leaders will hold the spotlight at this event as they share their insights and actionable strategies with other men in how they can make the industry more inclusive for all.

An event that will highlight the challenges that still exist for women and under represented groups, so attendees can leave with the understanding of the critical need for change.

A safe and open space for men and allies to ask their pressing questions about acting as a Champion of Change so they can leave empowered to make impactful change in the industry.

This event is proudly being delivered under the Queensland Office for Women, Queensland Government initiative.
