Defence AIC Course

Major Training Services (MTS) has commenced the development of a face-to-face training course on Australian Industry Capability (AIC) for the Australian Department of Defence. The course is likely to be two days long.

Similar to the ASDEFCON TD / IP course it is Defence’s intent to have a mix of Defence Industry and Defence personnel on each course, in order to gain a mutual understanding of the requirements.

Four pilot deliveries are currently scheduled for Canberra (2), late September and early October, Melbourne (1) mid-October and Adelaide (1) early November. Places will be limited to 8 – 10 Defence Industry participants on the courses. Attendees will be expected to provide feedback on the content and structure of the course. Business as usual courses are expected to commence in early 2023.

Expressions of interest for each of the courses are sought from Defence Industry participants. Details on the precise dates, timings and locations will be released closer to the anticipated delivery dates.

Names and contact details of individuals seeking to attend should be sent to defence@majortraining.com.au
