Their accredited testing facilities now include:

  • EMC Compliance: RF Emissions, RF Immunity, ESD, Surge, Magnetic Fields, Transients, Including Automotive and Military applications;
  • Product Safety: HV Insulation, Energy Efficiency, Temperature rise, Leakage Current, Flammability etc;
  • Environmental: Vibration, Shock & Bump, Temperature & Humidity, Ultra Violet (UV), Xenon Arc, Salt Corrosion, etc;
  • Enclosure Testing: Ingress (IP), Impact (IK), Drop.

EMC

EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing evaluates the ability of electronic devices and systems to function correctly in the presence of electromagnetic interference (EMI). EMC testing is intended to ensure that electronic devices and systems do not produce excessive electromagnetic energy that can interfere with the operation of other electronic devices, and also to ensure that electronic devices and systems are resistant to the effects of electromagnetic interference from external sources.

Product Safety Testing

Product safety testing is a process used to evaluate the safety of consumer products, industrial products and other types of products. The goal is to identify and address potential hazards associated with a product in order to protect consumers and other end-users from injury or harm.

Electrical safety testing is a comprehensive process that is intended to ensure the safety of people, equipment, and the environment from electrical hazards. It includes various tests like Insulation Resistance, Dielectric Strength, Temperature Rise, Fire Hazard Protection, Leakage Current, Ground Continuity, and Protective Conductor Current.

Environmental test

Environmental testing is a process used to evaluate the ability of electronic devices and systems to function properly in various environmental conditions. The goal of environmental testing is to ensure that electronic devices and systems will perform as intended in their intended operating environments, and that they will not fail prematurely as a result of exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, altitude, UV or other environmental factors.

As a leading service provider for product compliance testing, Compliance Engineering have become the go-to for a wide range of certification and testing needs. The organisation prides itself on delivering the most efficient and cost-effective solution for customers' compliance testing needs while providing fast accurate deliverables. Drawing on their years of experience, modern test facilities and knowledgeable operators ensures products are tested to the exacting requirements of current standards while receiving deliverables in a timely manner.
