The portable DEWE-3020 is the smallest, rugged “All-in-One” measurement system for galvanically isolated amplifiers.

The portable DEWE-3020 includes a built-in touch-screen display, high isolation signal inputs, high sampling rates- up to 1 MS/s, up to 24 bit resolution, and a data throughput of  70 MB/s.

The DEWE-3020 can be powered from AC or DC, or use it completely independently from external power with the "hot-swappable" battery power supply option.

Analog, digital, CAN-bus, GPS, video data and counter are already synchronized during recording and guarantee high qualitative and efficient data processing.

The user-friendly and award-winning software, DEWESoft, enables synchronised data acquisition and analysis from different signal sources.

The powerful Intel CoreTM 2 Duo processor supports the high-performance online mathematical functions, displaying data on different screens during measurement.

In analyse mode, the powerful mathematical functions can be applied to previously acquired channels, and simple reports can be generated.

Results are shown online on the 15.4" TFT display with touch-screen.

The optional battery power supply (operational time- up to 3 hours per battery set) turns the DEWE-3020 into a fully battery powered instrument.

The two "hot-swappable" batteries guarantee continuous operation without an external power source.

The battery status is directly shown in DEWESoft software. Alarm conditions can be set and the battery parameters can be displayed as additional measurement channels.

The DEWE-3020 offers 16 differential or 8 isolated analog inputs - an extension to 16 isolated inputs is made possible by using an external rack.

Sensors can be easily connected via TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet).

Another way to expand the measurement functionality of the DEWE-3020 is to use an MSI (Modular Smart Interface).

This is an add-on for bridge and voltage amplifier modules which enables the measurement of thermocouple, IEPE, RTD, Pt100 to Pt2000, charge or voltage up to 200 V.

The potable DEWE-3020 offers up to 64 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, 20 counter/encoder inputs, 4 CAN-bus interfaces, FlexRay, ARINC-429 and MIL-STD data buses.

For simple data sharing you can use integrated USB or LAN interfaces.

Using the DEWE-CAM it is possible to record perfectly synchronized videos.

For less demanding applications you can connect to low cost cameras including FireWire, USB or analog–sync is done by software.

The system offers different synchronization possibilities to IRIG or GPS. Multiple instruments can be synchronized using the proprietary SYNC interface.

The 3020-DC-UPS option changes the standard AC power supply to a wide range DC power supply with UPS function for approximately 5 minutes.

This is especially useful for in-vehicle testing where you can bypass the cars battery voltage drop when starting the engine, or numerous other applications where short power breakdowns require continuous measurement without interruption, For example, power monitoring.

The 3020-PS-BAT option  enables  the system to be used where there is no power source available.

The DEWE-3020 has been designed for use in the harshest of  environments and is compliant to EN 60068. With its light weight (approx. 19 lb), compact size (14.8 x 11.2 x 6.6 in. 37 x 28 x 17 cm) and a 1000 GB hard disk, it is perfect for all mobile applications.
