Melbourne SME and Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) contractor Marand has bought the assets of fellow-JSF supplier Production Parts, which went into receivership earlier this year with the loss of 40 jobs.
As of this week Marand, which is one of Australia’s largest contractors on the JSF program had employed 22 of the former Production Parts staff.
