TFTC (The Future Through Collaboration), a collaborative non-for-profit defence industry venture, is launching the 2021 program this week.
The program is welcoming 58 pairs of mentors and mentees, its largest cohort yet, and with guest speaker Minister for Defence Industry Melissa Price.
The 2021 program will launch virtually on Thursday at 12.15pm in front of the defence industry community from across Australia.
Amelia, an ADM 2021 Women in Defence Awards Finalist in the ‘People and Culture’ category, attributes the program’s success to facilitating impactful relationships.
“I was lucky enough to have a mentor in my early career and have first-hand experience of how important that kind of impactful relationship can be. There are women in defence industry doing amazing things, TFTC provides the platform for these women to meet, connect, share stories and grow that sense of belonging," Amelia said.
