VGL can offer a manufacturing service of customised and hybrid electrical/data cables to suit just about any military or its associated services. We have manufactured hybrids for mining applications, sewage monitoring/surveillance, and a range of other industrial applications. We can incorporate power/data/signal all in one hybrid cable, eliminating the need for multiple cables, and reducing the overall physical real-estate of the wire bunch.

VGL are suppliers and stockists of Mil-C 5015 crimp/solder, VG 95234 crimp/solder, Mil-C 26482 Series I / II, Mil-38999, Australian standard (AS/NZS 3123) 3-phase and single-phase Mil-spec connectors. In addition we can offer the MIL-DTL 55116 (164 Series Audio) range, MIL 55181 MW range, MIL 81703 (push/pull) range, MIL-DTL 22992 (AQWLD) series, from our manufacturing partner AMPHENOL INTERCONNECT INDIA. Our range of Metric/PG gland adaptors and adaptor fittings to suit the MIL-spec connector range, RoHS/Nickel/Zinc black plating, silicone/teflon inserts of up to 200 C, enables us to design and provide custom solutions for various Defence and commercial ventures.
