Serco has announced new teaming agreements with CAE, Sayres Australia and JMC. Through training solutions, Serco hopes to enhance the capabilities and operational readiness of Navy Warfare sailors and officers.

"Our alliance with Sayres will deliver significant improvements in training delivery and efficiency. By teaming up with CAE, a global leader in the transformation of military training and technology, we are poised to elevate the training experience for Navy personnel. JMC delivers SME lead technology training enhancement. These partnerships will ensure that our Navy remains ahead of the curve in warfare techniques and new technologies," stated Serco Defence Managing Director, Pete Behrendt.

Since 2003, Serco has been a partner of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) at HMAS Watson, delivering training programs to prepare Navy personnel for the specific scenarios they will face at sea. Serco, CAE, Sayres and JMC bring together experience with simulator-based maritime warfare training and support services.

"Building on decades of excellence in delivering integrated training solutions to the Australian Defence Force, we are proud to join this team to enhance operational readiness through the future uplift of training at HMAS Watson," said Managing Director Indo-Pacific, CAE Defense & Security, Matthew Sibree.

CAE has experience in approaches for navigation and synthetic warfare training. JMC possesses Significant Military Equipment (SME) and technology knowledge to support training outcomes for Navy.

"The continuous evolution of warfare techniques and technologies necessitates a forward-thinking approach to training. Together, we aim to reimagine how, when, where, and why training is delivered, ensuring that Navy officers and sailors are equipped with the full spectrum of operational capabilities," explained Sayres Australia CEO, Craig Powell.

Serco’s teaming agreements with CAE, Sayres and JMC, mark a longstanding commitment to support the RAN.
