archTIS has announced the signing of an agreement with Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) to license Kojensi, a government-accredited software as a service (SaaS) platform that is designed to share sensitive information.
ANI is a government business enterprise that aims to support naval shipbuilding programs through development and management of infrastructure and related facilities.
The total contract value signed by ANI is $342,540, of which $112,200 is for annual recurring licensing revenue (ARR) across an initial 100 users; with the ability to purchase additional licenses during the contract period.
The contract term runs until 30 October 2026 and can be terminated only in the first 30 days (by either party through written notice), after which time it cannot be terminated.
“ANI is an important win for archTIS. Their selection of Kojensi validates the value it offers to quickly deploy a secure platform for sensitive information exchange," said Daniel Lai, archTIS Managing Director.
"It is another milestone in our continued drive to make Kojensi the preferred platform for the secure sharing and collaboration of classified information between partners across Defence and the supply chain.”
