Government relations and strategic advisory firm Pyne & Partners has announced its expansion to include a permanent presence in Brisbane.

Senior Associate Will Redmond has relocated from Canberra to Brisbane to lead Pyne & Partners' Queensland operations.

Born and raised in Brisbane, Redmond has spent the last decade living and working in Canberra. Since joining Pyne & Partners in 2021, Redmond has supported clients with government relations, crisis communications and business development needs.

“Will was one of our first employees when Pyne & Partners opened our Canberra office in 2021, and he has delivered outstanding outcomes for our clients,” Christopher Pyne, Chairman of Pyne & Partners said.

“The expansion of Pyne & Partners into the Queensland market will ensure our current clients in the area have local support and access to Will's extensive knowledge of Canberra and parliamentary engagement.”

The expansion into Brisbane comes 12 months and 24 months after the respective openings of Pyne & Partners Sydney and Canberra offices.

“We are committed to providing our clients with a national presence while continuing to offer the personal, hands-on support they have come to expect,” Pyne said.

"I am thrilled to be back home leading Pyne & Partners expansion into the Brisbane market,” said Will Redmond.

“Bringing the Pyne & Partners expertise in government relations, crisis communications, and business development to the Brisbane market allows us to serve clients on a local level while leveraging our deep experiences in the national capital.

“I am really looking forward to meeting with Queensland based businesses and support them with their engagements with Government.”
