Babcock has been awarded a $33 million contract for provision of asset management services for ADF Aviation Common Ground Support Equipment, effective June 2018. 

Under the seven-year Asset Capability Management agreement, Babcock will partner with the ADF to deliver improved availability and operating cost savings across the Defence Force’s 3,000-plus asset GSE fleet, at more than 20 locations across Australia.

In September 2016, the company was awarded a five-year contract, with an option for a further two years, to support Qantas Group’s GSE fleet at 60 locations across Australia.

Babcock provides a range of support services at international airports, including London (Heathrow, Gatwick), Amsterdam (Schiphol), São Paulo (Guarulhos), and Rome (Fiumincino), and has extensive experience of successfully delivering fleet management services to a range of customers including the London Fire Brigade and Metropolitan Police.
