Austec’s PANELPHEN insulated building panel receives CSIRO Certification

Austec Panel Systems, a leading developer and supplier of insulated building panels - sometimes called ‘sandwich panel' - for a range of building and thermal applications, has achieved Fire Test Certification from CSIRO for its PANELPHEN Insulated building panel product.

The thermal panelling product achieved a remarkable result when tested by the CSIRO (Re:No FNE 9351), including:

• a zero index for Spread of Flame;
• a zero index for Ignitability;
• a zero index for Heat Evolved; and
• a three index for Smoke Developed.
