archTIS announced that the company has signed an agreement with Penten to provide Kojensi as part of a solution for an Australian national security agency. 

The contract is archTIS' first sale as a subcontractor to Penten. The contract involves implementing Kojensi into an Australian national security agency to enable secure collaboration within internal parties of highly sensitive information.

Kojensi is an information sharing platform that enables secure access, sharing and collaboration of sensitive information between government, defence and industry.

"We welcome the opportunity to work with Penten on this engagement and are pleased that they recognized the value of Kojensi to secure collaboration for this important client," said Daniel Lai, Managing Director of archTIS.

"The use case and functionality being driven by the client opens new opportunities to work with Penten in both Australia and the UK."

The contract will provide an annual recurring revenue license fee of $264,000 and implementation services fee of $202,840 according to archTIS.

The company said that the project opens new collaboration opportunities for archTIS and Penten to work together in both Australia and the UK.
